About Me

I work with high-functioning adults who’ve spent years keeping it together on the outside—while quietly feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck on the inside. Many of my clients are caretakers, “perfectionists”, high-achievers, overthinkers, or people-pleasers. They’re used to being the strong one, the responsible one, the one who holds it all—often at the cost of their own needs.

My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and grounded in deep respect for the ways you’ve learned to survive. I don’t see you as a problem to be fixed. I see someone who’s learned to adapt brilliantly, even if those adaptations no longer serve you. Therapy with me is a space to slow down, get curious, and gently reconnect with the parts of yourself that have been silenced or exiled.

We’ll work together to help you:

  • Recognize and release old survival patterns like people-pleasing, emotional suppression, or self-criticism

  • Develop healthier boundaries and more authentic relationships

  • Feel safer inhabiting your own body, voice, and emotional experience

  • Reconnect with your intuition, agency, and sense of self

I bring seven years of experience working with various populations in the inpatient psychiatric setting, to the outpatient, intensive group and individual therapy settings, all the while with a deep belief in others capacity for healing and self-trust. I show up as a real person in the room—warm, attuned, ready to challenge you when needed — and always in your corner.

You don’t have to keep surviving on your own. Let’s help you come home to yourself.
