About Me

I specialize in supporting high-functioning adults who have spent years maintaining a composed exterior while feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck internally. Many of my clients are caretakers, perfectionists, high-achievers, overthinkers, or people-pleasers—often the strong, responsible individuals who hold everything together at the expense of their own needs.

My therapeutic approach is relational, trauma-informed, and grounded in a deep respect for the survival strategies you’ve developed. I don’t view you as a problem to be fixed but as someone who has adapted brilliantly, even if those adaptations no longer serve your well-being. Therapy with me provides a safe space to slow down, explore with curiosity, and gently reconnect with the parts of yourself that have been silenced or neglected.

Together, we will work to:

  • Recognize and release old survival patterns such as people-pleasing, emotional suppression, and self-criticism

  • Develop healthier boundaries and foster more authentic relationships

  • Cultivate safety in inhabiting your body, voice, and emotional experience

  • Reconnect with your intuition, personal agency, and sense of self

With seven years of experience spanning inpatient psychiatric care, outpatient therapy, and intensive group and individual sessions, I hold a strong belief in the capacity for healing and self-trust. I bring warmth, attunement, and genuine presence to our work, challenging you when necessary while always standing firmly in your corner.

You don’t have to keep surviving alone. Let’s work together to help you come home to yourself.
